“Not much around this accommodation. A bar and a small cafe. Cafe was friendly but limited menu. No other restaurants open the night we stayed. It was cafe or takeaways. Served us well a short cab ride to departure airport.”

Talbot & Bons, established in 2012, have been in accommodation since 2018, with the first boutique B&B having opened in the quaint village of Gudja. In 2022, Talbot & Bons expanded their portfolio by opening further studio flats in Gudja and then opening this property in Luqa.

Property info

A traditional Maltese house from the late 1800s, skillfully renovated retaining its original features and character. This house has been split into 7 designer finished studio flats, each with its own bathroom, kitchenette and sleeping quarters. Guests can relax in peaceful common areas such as the rooftop garden, rooftop swimming pool and courtyard.

Neighborhood info

Luqa is a small village in the South of Malta, having retained the typical Maltese village life of a time gone by. Local band clubs, fish hawkers, vegetable vendors, traditional pastizzerias (selling the traditional well-known ricotta or pea pastries a.k.a 'pastizzi'), florists and typical bakeries make Luqa a rare place in which one can experience Maltese traditions.
