This property is managed by MINK Homes. We are available to help out with any information and assistance (off-site and on-site) related to the property. For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website on Malta tourist related events and information. We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM. We outsource the cleaning and preparation of the property. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff' own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you would like to leave your luggage we recommend that you book a luggage storage space online.

The penthouse is only minutes away from the seafront by foot and is fully airconditioned and equipped and furnished to accommodate tourists and business trips alike. The self check-in and check-out service along with our 24/7 support team makes your stay convenient and easy. The penthouse has mounted AC units in the living area and both bedrooms for cooling and heating and there are additional fans and heating elements as well. The apertures are double glazed making the internal space a quiet environment. The beds have quality mattrasses and duvets for optimal sleeping comfort. The sizes of the mattrasses are 155 x 190 cm and 150 x 190 cm. The penthouse is further equiped with a washer-dryer combo, drying rack, iron and iron board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, built in fridge/freezer, built in oven, induction hob, hob extractor, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. and there are extra blankets for a cozy evening in the sofa.
