My husband (Simi) and I (Ann) are both Maltese, and we were both brought up in Sliema. We both love to travel and meet new people. We have been hosting for the past few years and the experience has been amazing. We love our town and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we do. The apartments are family run and my husband and I make it a point to welcome each guest on arrival. We give a brief tour of the apartment during check in and are available to answer any questions our guests may have. We understand however that some guests would prefer to use self check in and for this reason the block of apartments is also equipped with special lock boxes to allow our guests to check in at their own convenience.

The Three Trees Apartments are located in a very quiet and picturesque area of Sliema, surrounded by typical Maltese houses with their typical facades. All four apartments are fitted with modern amenities allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable and relaxed stay. License HPI/8336, HPI/8337, HPI/8338, HPI/8339. Kindly note that guests must be 25 years or older at check-in. However, children accompanied by their parents or guardians are always welcome.

Neighborhood info

Sliema is one of the busiest and most touristic towns in Malta. It is a major residential and commercial area and a centre for shopping, bars, dining, and café life. The Three Trees Apartments is located in one of the quietest areas of Sliema but is still close to all amenities. The promenade and beach is 100 metres away. The beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops are all walking distance away. From here one can take a bus directly to Valletta, St Julians, Gozo and Mellieha Bay. Parking is free on the street.
