Town House 91’ is a family owned 400 year old property in the heart of Victoria. This small top floor house has been passed on from one generation to the next and only recently has been renovated with modern amenities to suit today’s comforts. The original stone walls (double walls), tall ceilings, wooden beams, internal doors are all originals and give this central property it’s uniqueness whilst keeping that touch from the past. With it’s own entrance from street level, you will have access to the whole property and all it’s comforts. Small kitchenette which is fully equipped, nespresso coffee machine, air conditioned bedroom with memory foam mattress, cotton bed linen, sofa bed, walk in dressing room/wardrobe, original black and white photography exhibiting Gozitan women, double glazed apertures, WiFi and Cable Television. ‘Town House 91’ is overlooking The National Library in Vajringa Street. Because of it’s unique corner location, it has a very special balcony from which the Summer Festas, Easter Processions and other Catholic processions can be observed passing right underneath. Full of natural light, this whole property is an ideal base from which one can discover not only the whereabouts in Victoria, but the whole island of Gozo. The House is 100 mtrs from St Francis Square, 100 mtrs from St George’s Basilica, 160 mtrs from the main Gozo Bus Station and also walking distance from the Citadel. The closest grocery store is 50 mtrs from the property and a cute café is just downstairs. This old part of Victoria, just round the corner, is a pedestrian zone, full of little shops, churches, restaurants and bustling cafes. Please note that the property is on the first floor, with one straight flight of stairs (16 steps) and no elevator.

This house has always been a family residence, in the very old part of Victoria. With local families living on either side, you will be living like a local amongst the locals. Gozitans are very helpful and respectful people. This house is a taste from the past, yet with modern commodities. Everything is within reach if you want to prepare your own food, but even bustling with little eateries if you want to dine out. Little groceries run by local families are bustling with local produce, a family run bakery is close by, pharmacies, the health centre, bus station, many churches, museums and places of interest. Free parking is available all over Victoria, with restricted zones during the morning and early afternoon hours. The two main car parks (free parking) are 170 mtrs and 200 mtrs from “town House 91’. The main bus station that takes you to all locations is 160 mtrs away. Uber and Bolt rides can be booked via your mobile app. You can rent a car and pick up, then deliver back to the Airport on departure.
