Welcome to your seaside sanctuary! This is a 2-double bedroom apartment right in front of the seaside in a quiet part of Marsaskala, 5 minutes away from the town centre. The location of the apartment boasts having all amenities within 1 minute walk, including sandy and rocky beaches as well as supermarkets, bus stops and the town centre where you'll find a wide array of restaurants serving all types of local and foreign cuisine. With this apartment you will enjoy having the following: ► Spacious balcony which comes along with a round table and two outdoor chairs to enjoy the seaview whilst relaxing or eating outside ►2 bedrooms with kingsize beds both with ensuite and large wardrobes ►The main en suite is equipped with a wall hair dryer + magnifying makeup mirror. ► A convertible sofabed as well as an inflatable mattress which can used to host an additional two individuals ►Additional Guest WC in the Open Plan ►Smart TV with surround sound bar ►BBQ Set ►All the required kitchen ware to cook yourself any type of meal such as pots, pans, frying pans and oven dishes amongst others ►Electric Oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine ►Tea & coffee supplies for your entire stay will also be provided. ► Bed linens, towels, coat and shoe rack ►Water heater, air conditioning and fans ►Washing Machine ►Free Wi-Fi

About the town - Marsaskala is a quiet and authentic town with a laid-back atmosphere. Cafes, bars and restaurants are plenty and the harbour area, with its wide promenade, offers a fantastic venue for quiet strolls by the water. Tenants within the block are selected and quiet. The area is 100% safe, also at night. Kindly note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor without a lift.
