Company info

Mario travels abroad for work and the property is handled by Mark for day to day necessities. Organising transport, maids, maintenance and greets guests and passes on important holiday information.

Property info

Renovated modern one bedroom apartment close to "Lower Baracca Gardens" with breathtaking views of the Valletta port and the view of the 3 cities across the port. Comprising of a modern Large Living -dining room & Kitchen. Traditional wooden Balcony with the Grand Habour views, spacious bedroom, bathroom with bath & shower, a spare toilet and a spare shower. Free Wifi. Rocky swimming area is within 10mins walk. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (top floor) but has no lift.

Neighborhood info

The area is blessed with lovely port views and the three cities just across the port. The actual road East Street (Triq Lvant in Maltese) has no traffic. During the festive season fireworks can be seen from the Balcony. There are restaurants and food stores all around he area. Mark will give you information to guide you to places and events to suit your preferences.
