St George';s Bay is a 5 minute walk away, and the apartment comes with seaviews which can give you an excellent gauge of the sea conditions. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart ofn the island's nightlife and entertainment areas while also being away from most of the noise. This is a peaceful and secure upscale residential complex. This location and apartment is ideal for families looking to explore Malta while being in the center of most of the basic ammenities and touristic locations, or a group of adults looking to dance and club the night away in Paceville's nightlife. Supermarkets, confectionaries and tourist shops are all within walking distance. For those who have a car, kindly let me know prior so that I may give you a parking pass for the private free parking available around the complex. This pass is difficult to renew, so if it is lost/damaged a fee of up to 200 euro will be charged. Dangle it on your rearview mirror as those parked without will be clamped of which I am not responsible for.
