Fully detached Villa with swimming pool set in the outskirts of Xaghra. Immersed in nature. Set on an hilltop it enjoys castle like 360 degree, sea and unobstructed country views from all rooms . Surrounded by majestic sunlit terraces. Outdoor heated Jacuzzi. 5 Air conditioned bedrooms. Private walled pool for total privacy. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, reverse osmosis fresh water maker, large American style fridge and freezer, with ice maker, cold running drinking water, and extra fridge with freezer. Electric hob, oven and microwave oven. The master bedroom at the ground floor level has en suite Jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom facing east enjoys sea views and ramla bay valley views. It has fireplace and en suite shower with body jets. Third bedroom facing south on the second floor enjoys country views and towering views of the village of xaghra. It has en suite Jacuzzi bath. Fourth bedroom does not have en suite bathroom, it has a large south facing balcony. The seperate games room next the pool has further sleeping facilities with 4 extra single beds. The lounge has lcd tv, with IP TV , live streaming of major international channels. Separate laundry room .

The villa is completly surrounded by nature and countryside. It located within 500 meters of the famous Calypso cave, and 1.8 km distance from Gozo's best sandy beach , Ramla bay. Nearest Mini Market J@M mini market is located 850 meters away .This mini market provides delivery service . Xaghra square which is 1.8 km boasts of excellent , good value for money restaurants, like Oleander for traditional cuisine, D venue and Latini ( great steak) . Bars, supermarkets and fresh vegetables hawkers , and pharmacy are also located in xaghra square. During the summer months there is a weekly evening live drama historical reenactment every wednesday in xaghra square starting 9pm . At 2 km distance there are the world famous ggantija temples of xaghra. Those looking for more lively bar scene can go to the summer resort of Marsalforn which is 2.7 km away
