Holiday Villas Malta is a family run enterprise and we strive to provide Holiday accommodation that is unique, typical of Maltese warmth and hospitality, and above all of very high standards. We take personal care in ensuring that our Villas provide all the expected amenities and personally handle tenant issues. The Villas were designed and built by the owner, Chris Cachia, an architect by profession with a keen eye for aesthetic detail as well as an expert in Maltese architecture. Chris has ensured that the Villas retain the local style in both design and the authentic building materials used. They are all built to high standards, with large rooms and wide open spaces. Chris gave special attention to natural lighting and ventilation to ensure that the occupant enjoys the Maltese sunshine even when indoors. Mrs. Josette Cachia, the owner's wife handles client queries and manages the day to day running of the Villas which includes managing a team of plumbers, electricians, pool maintenance staff, cleaners and so on. The Cachia's home is very close to the Villas and they are always prepared to help.

This villa was constructed in 2019 and it is finished to very high standards. Villa Chossie is a semi-detached modern villa strategically located between Zejtun and Marsascala thus enjoying the pristine countryside and the proximity to St. Thomas Bay and St. Peter’s Pool. This villa is located next to four other villas forming part of a cluster of traditional Maltese farmhouses. The villa boosts of a large kitchen dining area, an open plan living room with a billiard table, five bedroom all with suite bathrooms and a large pool with opening area, barbeque and sun lounges. The pool overlooks the countryside thus enjoying the Maltese spectacular sunsets by the pool. It also has a large open front garden where guests can park up to four cars. All rooms and living area are air-conditioned (By pay per use coin machine) Payable on arrival/check is an environmental contribution of EUR 0.50 per person per night, capped at a maximum of EUR 5.00 for each continuous stay. This contribution is payable by local and foreign guests from the age of 18 and over and applies to all types of accommodation on the Maltese Islands.
