Villa Lippia, Malta Villa Lippia is one of those houses that does not demand attention: it graciously commands it, because as soon as you walk through the gate, you realise that luxury breathes space here. A completely independent villa, surrounded by approximately 35,000 square metres of private land, where the horizon is yours and neighbours are a distant idea (over 220 metres away, out of sight). It is Malta in its rarest form: silence, open skies, total privacy just a few kilometres from Golden Bay. Designed for large families and groups of friends who want to be together without getting in each other's way, Villa Lippia offers five en-suite bedrooms, plus a sofa bed, to accommodate up to 12 guests in complete comfort. Each room is a small retreat with its own bathroom and practical details that make all the difference when travelling with a large group: walk-in wardrobes, ample space and a three-level layout that allows everyone to carve out their own rhythm. The heart of the house is the main floor (Level 0), where the living area opens onto a large open space: a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room coexist in a single bright space, ready for leisurely breakfasts, informal dinners or simply for getting together. On this level, you will also find two en-suite bedrooms, both with walk-in wardrobes and access to the outdoor areas at the rear: discreet gardens, corners where you can read, chat, or let the children run around without “traffic”. Going up to Level 1, the villa takes its moment as a master suite: the master bedroom is a true private apartment, with a full ensuite bathroom (bathtub and shower), walk-in wardrobe and a terrace that becomes your favourite place at sunset.
