Holiday Villas Malta is a family run enterprise and we strive to provide Holiday accommodation that is unique, typical of Maltese warmth and hospitality, and above all of very high standards. We take personal care in ensuring that our Villas provide all the expected amenities and personally handle tenant issues. The Villas were designed and built by the owner, Chris Cachia, an architect by profession with a keen eye for aesthetic detail as well as an expert in Maltese architecture. Chris has ensured that the Villas retain the local style in both design and the authentic building materials used. They are all built to high standards, with large rooms and wide open spaces. Chris gave special attention to natural lighting and ventilation to ensure that the occupant enjoys the Maltese sunshine even when indoors.

This is one of the three villas (Villa Mercury & Villa Chossie) built in 2019 forming part of a villa complex; this means that we can cater for large groups within the complex. The ground floor of this villa consists of a parking space for two or three cars, an open plan sitting/living room with a billiard table, a spacious kitchen/dining area overlooking the pool and a bathroom. At first floor level, there are four bedrooms all with views, en-suite bathrooms and airconditioned. At the second-floor level, there is the suite with a large window facing a spectacular view of the Maltese countryside. This villa was finished to very high standards with free WiFi accessible from all rooms and air-conditioning (coin operated with ten euro daily given free) in all rooms. The location itself in another asset as it is close to Marsaxlokk and Marsascala. Payable on arrival/check is an environmental contribution of fifty cents per person per night, capped at a maximum of five euro for each continuous stay. This contribution is payable by local and foreign guests from the age of 18 & over and applies to all types of accommodation on the Maltese islands.
