Our open-plan villa lets in loads of air and light, and it consists of a large entrance which is fit for royalty! All three rooms are equipped with a private shower toilet and a sink (Baths are not available). You are also welcome to use our shared pool, shared kitchen (for reheating food only, no cooking allowed) and shared terrace which are open between the hours of 07:00 and 20:00. Kindly note that friends, family and other guests are not allowed inside the property.

The villa is situated in a nice, quite neighborhood called 'The Village' only 10 minutes away on foot from Spinola Bay which is St Julian's Town Centre where one can find numerous restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, casinos, and bus stops.
