On the first floor there is the 4th bedroom which is a double bed with a ceiling fan. It is annexed to the living room so one can use the coin operated ac of the living room to cool the bedroom. There are 3 well maintained walk in showers. There is a spacious open plan living and dining room with a huge flat screen tv and a complete kitchen with microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge etc overlooking the pool. The living room has a coin operated ac free WIFI with the password near the living room tv easy parking near the villa The villa also boasts an inviting outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying meals in the open air Children near the pool should not be left unattended and strictly no jumping in the pool. One can swim and relax in the pool. We are minutes away by walk to Sanap cliffs and 10 away away to Xlendi beach by car. We are situated just 2.8km from the historic Cittadella and 5.6 km from the majestic Ta' Pinu Basilica, our villa serves as the perfect getaway to explore the cultural treasures of the island. The Malta International Airport is 39km away, and for your convenience we offer a paid airport shuttle service. Minutes away by walk there is a supermarket, a restaurant, a bus stop and a playingfield. One can park in front of the house. We leave a key in a lock box on the side of the door. We do our best to assist our guests. The house is brand new recently built. We like the guest to send us a message about the time of arrival so we can send you the lock box pin. The stairs leading to the 2nd floor is locked as for safety reasons we store acid which we use for the pool.

The neighbourhood is very quiet. There is a restaurant 3 minutes away by walk and a grocery shop is only 5 minutes away by walk. There is a nearby playing field for kids. The city of Victoria is just 5 minutes away by car and one can walk to Sanap cliffs. Near the village church which is 3 minutes away, there is a bus stop.
