Beautifully tucked away in a sunlit part above a picturesque valley. This villa offers tranquility, serenity, privacy and breath-taking sunset views with distant blues of the Mediterranean Sea. Encircled by the valley of Dahlet Qorrot, this property is a fine sample of pure Gozitan style villas. Its enthralling ambience offers luminous, elegant spaces and rooms that can host 6 guests in utter comfort with all modern amenities. Villa Zest is all set on one ground floor level with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of them overlooking an extensive front courtyard. It further consists of a wide-open plan kitchen, dining and living area which compliments this home to serve as the ideal vacation rental. The courtyard of the property features a large, refreshing swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas as well as a sitting area with sofa, all sharing the same awe-inspiring views to the villa’s magical setting and the sea. A cosy dining area and a private charcoal grill will host your dinner parties in the most alluring ambiance framed by the lush green valley and a well-manicured patio with aromatic herbs and indigenous plants.

Neighborhood info

The village of Qala is the easternmost village in Gozo and boasts fabulous views over the sea to Comino and Malta. Qala means port and probably refers to the nearby bay and landing stage of Ħondoq ir-Rummien, now a popular swimming place where many water sports can be enjoyed and frequent boat trip to Comino island can be easily booked. Breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the il-Qala Belvedere and from the small courtyard in front of the little church known as Il-Madonna tal-Blat (Saint Mary of the Rocks). However Villa Nirvana is located in the limits of Qala, which make it closer to the neighbouring village of Nadur. Nadur is renowned for the enchanting green valleys and peaceful bays. On the coast nearby are the beautiful beaches of San Blas and Ramla as well as Daħlet Qorrot which is just under Villa Nirvana. Dahlet Qorrot is a delightful small bay very popular with fishermen as well as local swimmers. Note the unique boathouses in Daħlet Qorrot which are mostly converted from natural caves and ledges at the base of the cliffs. A Knights-period watchtower, Ta’ Isopu Tower (also called Ta’ Sopu or San Blas Tower) stands half way between Dahlet Qorrot and San Blas.
