Please Note: A late check-in fee of eu35 applies for arrivals at 9:00 PM or later and must be paid in cash. There is ongoing road construction near the property. Work typically begins at 7:00 AM and may cause noise or dust during the day. Please note that it is not a quiet area, so some street noise—such as music, people talking, and cars—may be heard, especially if you book a ground-floor or low-floor apartment. House Rules: Smoking is not allowed indoors, but permitted on the balcony. Guests must leave the apartment in a clean and tidy state. Please wash all used kitchen items before checkout. Extra cleaning fees may apply if left dirty. The rate includes 25 kWh of electricity per day, sufficient for standard use. Additional usage is charged at eu0.30 per kWh. Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
