This lovely brand new home is a haven of peace and relaxation for a stay with family or friends; with beautiful view of the lagoon, garden and private pool. The house is not far from Mont Lubin for shopping and the market where you will find fresh fish; and 8 minutes only by car from the beautiful beaches of Graviers ; You will be welcomed by the housekeeper house keeper who ensures the smooth running your stay. Daily maid service ; She can cook too. Well equipped ” like home ” with satellite channel, wifi , microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, rice cooker , coffee maker , toaster… The house can accommodate four people ; There is 1 bedroom with double bed and air condition, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds which can be put together, 1 bathroom , 1 living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen . Two sheltered terraces, front and rear , are very nice for meals and barbecues. The pool is 4 meters long , surrounded by long chairs for Farniente.
