Transportation Information and Charges – Not included; payable separately before arrival.

Alila Kothaifaru Maldives is located in Raa Atoll, in the northern part of the Republic of Maldives.

The charges are as follows:

Seaplane Transfer: Round-trip from Male Airport, from January 2027 to 09 January 2028:

- Adult (12 years and above): USD 745

- Child (2–11 years): USD 445 per child.

- Infant (0–2 years): Free of cost

The resort will book your transfers to and from Alila based on your international arrival/departure flight timings.

All guests are requested to share the names of all accompanying guests, including children, as they appear on your passports, along with your international flight details, at least 7 days before arrival to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.

The Resort reserves the right to revise the rates in the event of a government mandate to increase GST or a change in fuel costs.

Seaplane travel important notes:

- Maximum luggage allowance: 20 kg checked baggage and 5 kg hand baggage.

- Overweight luggage is subject to an additional charge.

- Seaplanes are operational only during daytime (06:30 to 15:30) as per Maldivian aviation regulations and subject to weather conditions and maintenance needs.

- The seaplane check-in counter closes one hour before departure.

- Guests arriving on flights at around 15:00 are required to be at the check-in counter by 16:00 to guarantee transfers on the same day.

- Guests departing on international flights earlier than 09:00 may require check-out one day before the date of departure and stay overnight in Malé (at own cost) to reach the airport on time.

- In situations where there is no connection available between international flights and seaplane schedules, guests will need to stay in Malé (city) at their own cost and travel the next day, subject to available transportation

Please note that a Green Tax of USD 12 per child per night is also applicable.

Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems (drones) by any guests, including model aircraft operated by recreational users and hobbyists, is prohibited.

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making the payment at the hotel.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Alila Kothaifaru Maldives, A Hyatt Resort of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
