Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in and making payment at the hotel. If you are making a payment using another cardholder's credit card, please contact the property, as the property will provide the bank details to make a bank transfer.

Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems (drones) by any guest, including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists, is prohibited.

An extra charge will apply after the maximum occupancy for certain villas is reached.

Please note that a Green Tax of USD 6 per child, per night, is also applicable.

The property can be reached by seaplane, domestic transfers or speedboat.

The charges are as follows:

1. Domestic Transfers and Speedboat from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027:

- Adult (12 years and above): USD 600 per adult.

- Child (2–11 years): USD 300 per child.

2. Shared Seaplane Transfers: From 1 January 2026 to 3 May 2026:

- Adult (12 years and above): USD 1300 per adult.

- Child (2–11 years): USD 650 per child.

Shared Seaplane Transfers: From 4 May 2026 to 30 September 2026:

- Adult (12 years and above): USD 950 per adult.

- Child (2–11 years): USD 475 per child.

Shared Seaplane Transfers: From 1 October 2026 to 3 May 2027:

- Adult (12 years and above): USD 1300 per adult.

- Child (2–11 years): USD 650 per child.

3. One-way private charter:

- USD 7000 nett per way (up to 14 guests)

- USD 9600 nett per way (Up to 9 guests)
