Security Deposit Policy: There is a damage security deposit of 300 USD during Semana Santa/Easter Weekend and Spring Break (from March through April 10th), and 200 USD for the rest of the year. The deposit can be left in cash or by credit card at the time of arrival. Please note that credit card deposits incur a 3 percentage processing fee.

This is a wonderful 1st floor unit at the Marina Pinacate Resort 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. The Resort is close to popular and beautiful Sandy Beach. There is beachfront access, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping nearby. You cannot go wrong with a stay at this beautiful resort. There is a common area with a wonderful tile courtyard and a beautiful swimming pool. The resort also has a fitness and business center. Pinacate 105 details The living room of this unit has been nicely furnished with two emerald green sofas. One folds out into a comfortable bed for two additional guests. In the entertainment center, you will find a flat-screen TV. There are many plants in the room that give the unit a very tropical feel. There are two sliding glass doors that take you to the patio where you will be just steps away from the sand and surf. The dining room has a lovely dinette set with seating for four people. The kitchen has light wood cabinets with complimenting emerald green tiled countertops and matching tiled backsplash. Stainless steel built-in appliances, along with small appliances like a blender and coffee maker are available. There is also a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, as well as a purified water cooler. Bedrooms & Patio The master bedroom has a King-size wrought iron bed, and a lovely earth tone striped bedding set. There are two matching bedside tables and a lovely matching dresser. There is also a sliding glass door that opens to the patio.
