We are located 5 blocks from the main avenue and 3 minutes away from the main attractions of Tulum. We offer Self Check-in to help our guests to check in at any time after 3:00pm. Keys are located right in the main door, inside a Lockbox, to make a simple and fast check in for our guests. Located 5 blocks from the main avenue, you can find us as Aldea Xaan Ha Tulum, located 1 block from the famous and Luxury Hotel Bardo, the neighborhood is very quiet, located in a relaxing area surrounded by jungle and very close to all the attractions and activities of Tulum. We are just 2 minutes drive from the main street, we are very close to all attractions and sufficiently far away from the noise of the clubs and party streets, located in a beautiful and completely relaxing area surrounded by a 14,000 square feet private jungle. You will be able to check in anytime after 3:00pm, your keys will be located in a lock box next to the main door, we'll provide the access code as soon as you book with us. Another important part, is that we are the only area in Tulum with Fiber Optic Internet, up to 1,500 mbps for the whole property.
