Alicat Villas is in the excellent location of the up-and-coming suburb of La Veleta, Tulum. There are huge variety of high-quality local restaurants, bars and street food just walking distance from the property. This quiet area is only 5 mins to town, and now that the new beach access road has opened , we are only 15 mins from the beach. The entire property is yours exclusively including four (4) spacious wood cabins with two beautiful pine-wood kitchens, two kitchenettes, all with en-suite bathrooms, high- speed internet, strong smart inverter Air conditioning throughout, wonderful, unique jungle-themed gardens, BBQ, a hammock over the 20×10 ft private pool. All 4 cabins have large balconies facing the pool giving a communal feel but also allowing privacy within your group with separate private entrances to each cabin. Bright, naturally-lit cabins with individual features and open plan architecture with hand-carved wood furniture. Blackout curtains to allow complete rest all hours of the day and night.
