Great third story Studio condo with panoramic views of La Paz city, Marina Cortez, the boardwalk and beach. Vista Coral is the best location in town. The condo property has 24 hour security guards, covered secure parking. The kitchen includes oven, stove top, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, purified water and dispenser, blender, toaster, pots and pans along with most anything you would need in the kitchen. The condo has air conditioning, a kingsize bed with posturepedic mattress, individual size sofa bed, washer and dryer, linens and towels, beach umbrella, ice cooler, two beach chairs, snorkeling gear for 2, Intercom system, Internet service and a Smart TV that includes NETFLIX, LIVE NET TV, CINEMA APP with over 1000 channels and much more.

Derek Sonsie is originally from Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada and has been living in La Paz for the last 22 years.

Great third story condo with panoramic views of La Paz city, Marina Cortez, the boardwalk and beach. Vista Coral is the best location in town on the boardwalk and the famous restaurants Rancho Viejo, Anzuelos, Capri and Estrella del Mar are only one block away. And OXXO convenience store is only 2 blocks away.
