Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose based on their preference. Hot tub rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the hot tub properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. As much we love your furry friends, we cannot accommodate pets in the property. We cannot host guests arriving with pets. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a fee. Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly for long stays. In accordance with the platform's payment structure and applicable tax regulations, we can only issue invoices only in the name of the guest who appears on the reservation. The invoice cannot be issued to other third parties or companies.

The condo can host up to 5 guests comfortably with a large living and dining space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The Bathrooms include: • Blow dryer, three sizes of towels, and full range of toiletries offered • Very comfortable toilets! Everything else: • Custom keycodes for keyless entry • Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay • Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee. The jacuzzi is not available on Mondays as it goes through weekly maintenance. In order to use the jacuzzi, we need a 24-hour notice to request to start it. The jacuzzi heats but does not generate bubbles. There are steps to enter the community and within the property.
