This cozy home is only 15 steps from the beach, 2 blocks from downtown, (small stores & restaurants)easy access to Progreso and Merida for major shopping, we offer all the necessary items to make your vacation more confortable. The magical singing of the birds at sunrise, the incredible sunset at the beach and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The rooftop terrace is a peaceful place for coffee or drinks in the evening or even dinner with a view, private courtyard with swimming pool. Enjoy Casa Paan

quiet neighborhood with mainly private residences, sandy streets, close to the main road and only 2 blocks from centre. Easy walking distance to restaurants and small stores, public transportation to nearby Chelem (more stores ,gas) and Progreso(grocery stores, banks, etc.)
