House with a good location, since it is located one block from the main avenues of Tepatitlán, you take a walk to the center, Walmart, bars and restaurants, cinepolis and more. The house has 3 floors, it has a garden, a balcony, an area to wash clothes, on the third floor it can work as a terrace because of the view it has. In the kitchen you can find all the tools for prepared a delicious dish. Parking is for 2 cars, and the house has a burglar alarm, finally the zone is safe.

I studied aeronautical engineering. I love to know new places, cultures, languages and dishes. I am a social, so responsible and friendly person who always wants to learn new things and could also consider me eco-friendly. I believe in deals and negotiation, the communication is the based of these. My hobbies are music, running, reading, spending time with my dear people and studying.

One block away is a beautiful park, the street is quiet and the area is very pleasant. The area would describe it as quiet, pleasant and pretty. There are at least 3 stores around the house. There are several restaurants, within two blocks you can find them, there are tacos, there are drinks like bobbas, juices and coffee shops, ice cream, hamburgers and wings, Italian, seafood and sushi. There are also cheap kitchens and places to buy vegetables, fruits, meat, and make the food of your choice. You can move by car, however, if you are a person who likes to walk you can do it without problem, it is a small place, so the distances are not very great. You will never find traffic, and public transportation passes one block from the house.
