Residence located on the main avenue in Puerto Aventuras. Contemporary style, luxurious wood, glass, marble and granite finishes. 5 bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the second floor as well as a studio on main floor with independent entrance. The residence equipped with high security. The decor is elegant and fresh with natural colors that are accentuated by the contrast of the fine wood furniture. Comfortable rooms and dining seating for 12 people on a fine granite and wood table. On the 2nd floor you will find 3 air conditioned bedrooms with a king size bed. The main room also includes an extra sofa bed, large and luxurious bathrooms, TV with DVD and Wifi connectivity. The luxurious ground floor studio with separate entrance offers privacy if required as it may also be accessed from the inside of the house if desired. The studio has its own kitchen, microwave, dvd player, air conditioning unit, tv display, king size bed, additional sofa bed and luxury bathroom. The large kitchen comes complete with granite countertops and is fully furnished with: dishwasher, air conditioning unit, fan, plasma tv, wine cooler and breakfast bar for 10 people.
