I am proudly Mexican, and even more so to be from Michoacán! I currently live in Playa del Carmen and love this place. It has given me the greatest gift of all: raising a family. They are the most important thing to me, and here I have been able to raise a family: my husband, my son, and friends who are now family too. I love rainy days watching movies, listening to music, and being in a comfortable, quiet place. I am the friend I want to find. I enjoy being a host because I put myself in the guest's shoes. I have been one myself; I know what we like to receive, what we expect from each stay and each accommodation. These items are provided only once upon arrival; if necessary, you must purchase them locally. *You must purchase the soap and fabric softener of your choice to wash your clothes. *If you require any additional cleaning, there is an extra charge. *We are committed to protecting the environment and ask that you ensure all lights are turned off upon departure. Because we are located on a busy road, you should consider that you may occasionally hear noise from vehicles traveling on the surrounding streets, as well as music from neighbors. We are committed to providing you with the best service; we will remain attentive to your requests to resolve them in a convenient and timely manner. Our cleaning and maintenance staff have specific schedules; please note that our services are not comparable to those of a hotel.
