The majestic front gate is just the beginning of what awaits at Casa Sarita. This beautifully decorated 5 bedroom villa is in an ideal location in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air-condition. Spa baths, oversized showers, open floor plan with high ceiling, dramatic foyer, wood closets and cupboards, marble counters and floors, custom built wooden furniture are some special touches. The villa boasts multiple sitting areas inside and out, a tranquil courtyard with a fountain, patios and terraces overlooking the courtyard, pool and gardens, rooftop terrace with hammocks and second floor library/sitting area. The garden provides a peaceful and private backyard with pool. Indoor and outdoor dining await, with outdoor grill and kitchen and indoor gourmet fully equipped kitchen. Entrance to golf course from villa. Beach, restaurants, marina, dolphin discovery, sailboats, scuba diving tours and tennis court less than ten minutes walk away. 20 mins from Playa del Carmen. Location is ideal for exploring Riviera Maya's beaches and activities. 48 miles from Cancun International Airport. Free WiFi and free parking.

Puerto Aventuras is an ideal location in Riviera Maya as it is close to attractions, beautiful white sandy beaches and cenotes. It is a safe, gated community and it is very common to see people strolling on the streets. Restaurants and eateries are all within walking distance. Beaches are about 7 mins away from the villa, tennis courts are 3 mins away and the marina and town center are also 3 mins away. The marina which is the largest on the Mayan Riviera has boats and yachts for fishing trips, luxury cruises, and dinner cruises. There is also dolphin discovery with dolphins, sea lions and manatees. There are daily snorkeling, wind surfing and scuba diving tours. Snorkeling can also be done right off the beaches. Spa and massage service available at the villa or just a few minutes away. Airport transfer by shared or private shuttle, taxi or rental car. Taxis and car rental also available in Puerto Aventuras.
