The newly renovated Villa is set amongst tropical foliage, Palm trees, and beautiful white sand. You will enjoy the ocean views & ocean breeze. Designed to accommodate larger groups yet offering several options to enjoy some alone time. A short distance from Tulum Mayan Ruins, Coba Ruins, Adventure Theme Parks, Akumal Bay, golf course's, Cenotes & more. Casa Tortuga has the unique benefit of having 2 large lots allowing you a spacious well-appointed villa as well as an abundance of outdoor space, the pool is set amongst beautiful palm trees perfect to relax & enjoy the view of the bay beach level covered patio area, fully equipped outdoor kitchen & dining area, upper covered veranda with outdoor seating & endless views, hammocks under the beach palapa. Soliman Bay offers the area’s best snorkeling right from the water's edge or use one of the kayaks to go out to the buoy & snorkel by the reef. Hire our chef to prepare a gourmet meal for your group. Dean and Cheryl are the owners of the Casa Tortuga Beach Villa. Dean and Cheryl live in White Rock, British Columbia and are both Realtors with Remax 2000 Realty. Our children 2 boys and 1 girl are all grown up and starting their own families. We have two beautiful grandchildren, 1 girl, and 1 boy. We have been traveling and looking for a piece of Paradise since 2005 finally we have found it. Casa Tortuga is such a beautiful villa on an absolutely stunning bay. We are excited to share our home with guests from all over the world.
Soliman Bay has so much to offer from relaxing in your hammock, lounge chair under the beach palapa or around the pool to snorkeling, swimming, kayaking or paddleboarding. We enjoy snorkeling and swimming in the bay, the beautiful beaches and funky one-world feel and character of Tulum, traveling and exploring Maya ruins, swimming, and snorkeling in numerous cenotes located nearby and viewing the myriad of wildlife in the area. We are a short drive to the Tulum Ruins and about 40 min. drive to the Coba Ruins which makes for a great trip they have great cenotes as well. You can swim with the Dolphins, visit Xal-Ha, Xplor etc. Please contact Cheryl if you have questions about activities and attractions. Our onsite Caretaker (and chef) Samuel and Norm are there to help you with anything you may need. Samuel's English is quite good with many years of experience in hospitality and the service industry.
