Very cozy house with two floors and backyard to meet and enjoy a delicious glass of wine, it has all the kitchen utensils and furniture for your comfort, living room with smart TV, dining room and parking for 2 cars. The house has 3 rooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, It has its private bathroom and closet, the second room also has a queen bed with its closet and the third room has a double bed and a single bed with its closet. On the secondfloor there is a bathroom shared by the two rooms.

Our home is very close to the airport and only 10 min away from the Malecon. On the main street you can find multiple restaurants and a supermarket right next to the neighborhood. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe to walk around. The neighborhood amenities count with a large pool, grill and an outdoor playzone for kids.
