The property is ideal for meeting up with family or friends for a relaxing vacation. The property runs on solar energy and we offer air conditioning in the rooms only at night for 12 hours. You can choose the hours from 7pm to 7am, 8pm to 8am, 9pm to 9am or 10pm to 10am. The two houses are at a distance of 50 meters from each other and the garden view house is 20 meters from the beach. We also have private access to a cenote (freshwater lake) right in front of the main entrance to the property. Don't hesitate to ask me to go swimming in the cenote, I will ask our gardener to accompany you there. IMPORTANT: The house with 2 bedrooms has the rooms with independent entrance (they are not insuite) and the house has Garden view NOT OCEAN VIEW.

Walking along the beach about 5 to 10 minutes to the left, you will find several restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner such as Gitano Beach, Nomade, Be Tulum or Chiringuito. The property is located at km 10 from the hotel zone and has the privilege of being away from the chaos of some nearby beach clubs. We are in a very quiet area of ​​the hotel zone.
