CasaZen is located in an exclusive neighborhood, just 5 minutes from Tulum Centro. Free private parking. The second floor has a Master bedroom with a King bed and with a private bathroom, a Queen bedroom with a balcony and street view , and a twin bedroom. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. There is a playground for children inside the Residential neighborhood. You will be in an ideal location, immersed in the jungle and close enough to town, the beach, the cenotes and lagoon. You will have direct access to the Coba highway, known for the diverse and beautiful cenotes, that you can discover on your trip. CasaZen offers Introspective Hypnosis sessions with reservation only and with one day notice. CasaZen also offers breakfast, lunch or dinner with a two day notice, also offers weekly or cleaning service, upon request, for the longer stays and transportation to and from airport or around town and hotel zone. (The back portion of the patio has a structure not attached to main house where the host sometimes resides and performs Hypnosis Sessions. Access to the back yard for host will be done through the exterior side gate of the house only.)

Know that Tulum has frequent power outages and CasaZen is not held responsible. As a guest you will have access to Riviera Tulum Residential property amenities, which includes a jungle playground and jungle gym. A large palapa for yoga and gatherings. There is a nearby park, within walking distance, a recycling area near the park, and the fire station, located on street Av. 1, just outside the Riviera Tulum Residencial property. Back private entrance to the Residential private property, leads and connects to the Coba road. Coba road, leads to various cenotes, CENOTE SANTA CRUZ, GRAND CENOTE, ZAZIL HA, CAR WASH, CENOTE CALAVERA, ZEM WAY,, and bypassing town traffic. CasaZen is a 17 min drive to Tulum Archaeological Ruins. Public transportation colectivo vans, route to beach; to and from Tulum-Cancun.
