We love Puerto Penasco and have been coming for about 20 years. We love coming to the beach and enjoying the local restaurants. We look forward to helping you have the best vacation!

Property info

In the resort town of Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), in a gated community with 24 hour security, this Warm and Charming brand new Casita is a great place to relax. Minutes from the beach, it's central location allows it to be close to restaurants and Malecon, where you can do some exploring and find a local shop. It is across the street from Sam's Club, and near a new movie theater. This family oriented Casita also consist of a community pool with a BBQ and a basketball court. The Casita is a two bedroom One bath, with a full kitchen including oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and blender as well as pots and pans and dishes and utensils. The master bedroom (The Sunsent Room) features a Queen size bed with a luxurious pocketed coil mattress. The 2nd bedroom (Sunrise Room) features a Queen size bed with a luxurious pocketed coil mattress . The living room has a sofa which can be used as a bed (king), 58" Smart TV with Netflix and cable, and a dinette set. The Casita has WiFi included.
