Property info

Guest house with direct access to the lagoon. It has one room with a view to the lagoon and a/c, a full size bed, an individual bed, and a hammock in the room. Kitchen with stove, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and basic cutlery and pans. We have a shared beach club with "Las Velas", enjoy the bar and restaurant service in your room! You may as well use both docks and common areas. Sailing tours, kayaks, paddle boards are available upon request, ask me about prices and availability

Neighborhood info

The house is closer to the Cenote Azul than to the center of the town, is right next to the sailing club “Las Velas”.
