We have a whole "Cuale Staff" that will be happy to welcome you in our beautiful building and make your stay super comfortable.

Cuale Condo Building has a total of 13 rentable Units. The units are a spacious 2 and 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom with Mexican Modern Interiors, some of them with a balcony with mountain and street views. The apartments share a rooftop that has a Pool, Jacuzzi, Outdoor Shower, Bathroom, Hammock Lounge, Fire Pit Lounge, Outdoor Theater, Fire pit and full BBQ Kitchen. This building is located in the Colonial of Emiliano Zapata "Old Town" and is a flat walk to the beach and all the fun of old town.

The building is on the flat section of town, so no hills to climb! Hotel style card-key entry devices to main entrance and unit entrance. NOTE: The condo is in a local neighborhood with a mixture of locals, ex-pats, tourists, and small businesses. That local experience and flavor comes along with neighborhood noises such as pets and people...holiday weeks can present late night noises from parties and music. We have taken this all into consideration.
