Es un fraccionamiento alejado de la zona céntrica de la ciudad, por lo que es bastante tranquilo y no tan turístico por lo que disfrutaras un poco mas de tranquilidad y menos ruido. A pesar de eso es muy cercano al mercado municipal donde pueden comer deliciosa comida local y también es cercano al cenote Zaci, ubicado en el centro de la ciudad.
