Apartment in private, safe complex, with swimming pool. 5-minute drive from main supermarkets and malls; 10-minute drive from the beach. Close to Boulevard Miguel de la Madrid, which has plenty of Restaurants, Bars and other services. There are wide green areas and also a walking/running track. Security at the main entrance and continuous surveillance inside the complex.
