This new 3-bedroom townhome with private backyard offers a large common area with garden and swimming pool, grill, lounge chairs right outside the unit. In addition the guests can enjoy the resort facilities which include a beach club, with its own bar restaurant, swimming pools, lounge chairs and beach access. There are also paddle courts. sand volleyball court, basketball court, running track, and a children's playground. The 2-story townhouse is all new. It is furnished in a modern style with high quality, comfortable furnishings. New high quality mattresses with mattress covers, puffy pillows. The property also includes a landscaped backyard with outdoor dinning table for your private enjoyment. The common areas just in front of the house provide a large swimming pool, gardens, a BBQ, restrooms and other amenities. The beach club is about 300 meters down the private road enclosed within the property. There are guards at the main gate and at the Corvus cluster gate.
Although seldom on the premises, we are lifelong world travelers with an appreciation for culture. We have designed our townhome to be a comfortable and enjoyable retreat to get away and just relax. We hope you feel welcome in our home.
Dream Diamante is ideally located in the best part of Acapulco. Less than 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to the famous La Isla shopping mall and large supermarket as well as a wide choice of restaurants and The Forum. Beach, shopping, nightlife, restaurants and entertainment are all in the neighborhood.
