YUM KAAX is a quiet boutique property located in Mérida Centro, in the La Ermita area. Each suite is fully private and includes: – air conditioning – private bathroom – kitchenette – fast WiFi The property features a shared pool and garden area, designed for rest and a calm atmosphere. The property uses self check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience. There is no front desk, but we are always available online if you need anything during your stay. Cleaning is provided before arrival. For stays of 5 nights or more, one additional cleaning is included. Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request (subject to availability). If you’re looking for a social or party environment, this may not be the right fit. If you value quiet, privacy and a more local experience, you’ll feel at home here.

La Ermita is a quiet, residential part of Mérida Centro. You can walk to Plaza Grande in about 15-20 minutes, or take a short Uber ride. The area is safe, local and less crowded than the main square, which many guests appreciate. Nearby you’ll find local restaurants, small shops and traditional Yucatecan food.
