We offer two newly built vacation bungalows, finished in November 2024. Each cozy bungalow provides a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and private bathrooms with sleep three. We also provide fast Wi-Fi and a pet-friendly environment. Boca de Iguanas is on a white sand beach with gentle surf that's safe for swimming. Playa Boca de Iguanas is a 6-mile out-and-back trail for walking, jogging, and running. One short block to the Pacific Ocean, a bird watchers' paradise. We are located just 10 minutes North of La Manzanilla Del Mar, a full-service tourist town in a quiet country setting where the warm ocean waves soothe you to sleep.

The area is kept clean and safe by the authorities. It is predominantly populated by EXPATS from the United States and Canada, who love to lead a peaceful life in contact with the ocean and nature in general. It is recommended to have your own transportation, although the town of La Manzanilla is not far away and the suggestive Boca de Iguanas beach is one block from the structure. Here it is customary to walk to many of the places, without haste, but a good alternative is offered by Taxis, here numerous and totally safe. For your vehicles, we offer FREE parking spots inside the property.
