Reservations of more than 1 room will require a deposit or transfer. Reservations of more than 5 nights will require a deposit or transfer. Reservations made for a high season will require a deposit or transfer. The establishment will contact you to provide you with bank details. Reservations with a deposit generated can cancel their reservation 48 hours before the arrival to avoid the penalty of the total reservation. The deposit is charged as a cancellation penalty. The allocation of balconies in some rooms is subject to availability at check-in. Visitors are not allowed in the rooms, access to the room is only for registered guests. It is imperative the presentation and registration of the official identification of all the people who will stay, in the case of minors, it will be their CURP.
