The place is an independent section of the property. It has a private entrance, complete independence and immediate attention if you need anything. The rooms have climate, are spacious, fresh and bright. Each with its own full bathroom. They are located one underneath another in the back of the house, which makes them more comfortable. They are connected to the kitchenette through a terrace with table and parasol, which makes it possible to enjoy the food outdoors -besides the breakfast area- where there is a third complete bathroom available. Only the garage is shared with the host, but the visitor can make use of it at any time, day or night. La casa del Chac is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Around the corner, you can find a nice park where locals exercise or go for a walk. A few blocks away, there are two groceries stores, a pharmacy, a pizza restaurant and different food places where it´s possible to find roast chicken and regional food. Some of these places have home delivery. La Casa de Chac is nearby a corner where buses and vans go towards downtown (20 min). It is also practical and affordable to use taxi service to different venues such as shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants, museums and other sites of interest. Don´t hesitate to ask for the best options. It´s five minutes away from Macroplaza mall by car, and fifteen from Plaza Altabrisa, where you will find banks, supermarkets, cinemas, restaurants, bus terminal and more! Also located a few minutes drive from periferico avenue, that takes you to beaches, cenotes, haciendas and archaeological sites. The airport can be reached in 25 minutes by car.
