We built this home because we love Rocky Point and now invite you to enjoy it too. Book now for a memorable stay! This unique white corner property, located near a park and a gym, is divided into two separate living spaces. The front unit is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom Airbnb casita with its own parking and entrance, perfect for short-term stays. Attached to the back is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with separate parking and entrance, ideal for longer stays. The two units are connected by a door that remains locked unless the entire property is rented, offering privacy, modern amenities, and comfort for all guests.
