Service dogs and emotional support dogs are permitted only upon prior request and confirmation of hotel availability, exclusively during our pet-friendly season from June to October. One dog per room, with a maximum weight of 8 kg. A mandatory fee of 2,500 pesos per stay (up to 5 days) applies. If the dog is trained, hygiene protocols and the original vaccination certificate must be provided. Dogs must not be left alone or unattended at any time. An additional security deposit of 6,000 pesos will be required. Other pets are not permitted.
