La Quinta estate is set on an acre of total privacy, security, fruit orchard, large pool, workspace, among other amenities. It is centrally located and just steps away from many shops, popular destinations, services and dining. A large swimming pool with a ramada with casual seating and shade for relaxing by the pool as you look out onto the huge tropical garden. It allows you the peace and quiet to really relax, while you sit back and watch as the hummingbirds feed on the nearby plumerias that surround the pool or Mexican fire cracker flowers. Outdoor showers and restroom are conveniently located steps from the pool. The outdoor space: Consists of mature fruit trees, succulents, and a 50+ year old impressive ficus tree. The garden is a perfect balance of sun and shade throughout. Notable species include avocado tree, lime trees, mangoes, kumquat (mini sour orange) tree, sweet lime, mandarin, guavas, pistachio trees, pomegranate, orange, grapefruit, pomelo, among various other tropical floral trees and palms. A locally sourced brick path meanders the perimeter of the beautifully kept garden set on terraced levels. Multiple species of birds stop to enjoy seeds from our trees or just rest. It truly is a gardener's and birdwatcher's dream and serves as an exhibit of the local flora and fauna of the Alamos region!
