Incredible luxurious apartment, two floors with a cave! In front of Lake Juriquilla and a few steps from Plaza Náutica where you can find a variety of restaurants to delight all kinds of palates. Located in a condominium with 24-hour security, with a pool, parking, and surrounded by vegetation and green areas ideal for a picnic on the shore of the lake, where you can enjoy a great view of it and in summer you can sight the migration of Canadian swans.

Juriquilla is a cosmopolitan area as it is very close to Querétaro Industrial Park and houses more than 500 companies, mostly Foreign so it is common to find people from all parts of the world, also Juriquilla has 7 supermarkets among them; Sams Club, walmart and H.E.B, several shopping centers, including the largest in Latin American which is Antea Shopping Mall, 2 cinemas, various restaurants to satisfy all kinds of palates, bars and night Clubs, Spas, beauty salons etc...
