Security Deposit Policy: There is a damage security deposit of 300 USD during Semana Santa/Easter Weekend and Spring Break (from March through April 10th), and 200 USD for the rest of the year. The deposit can be left in cash or by credit card at the time of arrival. Please note that credit card deposits incur a 3 percent processing fee.
