The hotel only admits dogs. Extra cost per night of $1,600 MXN** plus taxes, per room. The rate includes accommodations for 1 dog and special cleaning. Only 1 small or medium-sized dog weighing up to 20 kg or 2 dogs weighing up to 20 kg are allowed. The dog must always wear a harness, bib or leash and must be kept in permitted areas: Room, circulation areas and areas marked by the Hotel. The dog may not enter consumption centers, swimming pools, gyms, event rooms and restricted areas. The Guest will be responsible for the behavior of his dog and is obliged to pay for any damage or harm in case of affecting another guest, collaborator or client in his personal sphere, or in facilities and/or furniture of the hotel. For emotional support dogs, only one dog is accepted, and a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with stamp and professional license must be presented, valid for up to 12 months before the date of admission.
