Este espacio privado está diseñado para quienes buscan comodidad, practicidad y una excelente ubicación en Puebla. Este mini-loft cuenta con una cama individual tipo loft que aprovecha al máximo el espacio, un escritorio perfecto para estudiar o trabajar, y una cocineta equipada con mini refrigerador, estufa eléctrica y cafetera, ideal para estancias cortas o largas. La iluminación natural y los detalles en madera OSB le dan un ambiente creativo y acogedor. El baño es privado y cuenta con acabados modernos. En el edificio encontrarás un Roof Garden con zona de BBQ, mesas para convivir, un pequeño gimnasio y área de lavado, pensado para relajarte o trabajar al aire libre. La ubicación es excepcional: a solo dos cuadras del Paseo Bravo y muy cerca de Av. Juárez, 11 Sur, UPAEP y el Hospital BUAP, lo que permite moverte fácilmente por la zona universitaria y el centro de la ciudad. Es una excelente opción para estudiantes y viajeros solos que buscan un espacio cómodo, seguro y con un diseño diferente.
