While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events. Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments. The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned. - The Wellness Sanctuary Spa is available onsite for guest use at extra cost. - This is a fully non-smoking property. It’s prohibited to smoke inside the units and the common areas. - Noise will not be tolerated between 10 pm and 8 am. - The pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm. - There is a gym available at the complex. - We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bath and beach towels to provide the most comfortable stay. - Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a 6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
